<p class="wp-block-paragraph">煮詰めることで酸味が和らぎ、コクが出ますよっ！</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">3．ペンネを茹でる</h4>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">たっぷりのお湯（2リットル）に<strong>小さじ2の塩</strong>を加え、モンスーロのペンネをパッケージの<strong>表示時間通り茹でます</strong>（表示時間通りに茹でるとアルデンテに仕上がります）。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">火力が低いと硬めに仕上がってしまうので、常にボコボコ沸騰している状態を維持するのがポイント。また、アルデンテが苦手な人は表示より1～2分長く茹でましょう。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">皮目にフォークで数カ所穴を開けておくと、味が浸み込みやすくなるうえ、火の入りも良くなります。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">身→皮の順番で<strong>「なんでもスモークソース」</strong>を塗っていき、<strong>皮目を上にして</strong>配置します（皮はシワにならないように伸ばしておくこと）。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">5．トースターで焼いていく</h4>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">準備した鶏肉を、200度（1000W）に設定したトースターでまず<strong>10分</strong>焼いていきます。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>じゃがいも</strong>は洗って砂や汚れを落とし、びちゃびちゃの状態でラップに包み、レンジ（600W）で6分チンして火を通す。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">竹串がスッと入ったら皮をむき、フォークやスプーンで粗めにつぶして、冷めるまで待つ。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">ボウルに<strong>じゃがいも、ハム、ゆで卵</strong>を入れて軽く混ぜ合わせる。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">さらに<strong>マヨネーズ</strong>と<strong>スモークソース</strong>を加え、全体をよく混ぜ合わせます。</p>
